At doctor.co.il, accessibility is a core value. We work to ensure that the Site's content and services are available to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement is published in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 [CITATION NEEDS VERIFY — חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח-1998] and the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 [CITATION NEEDS VERIFY — תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013].
This English version is provided as a reference translation. In the event of a conflict between the Hebrew and English versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail.
Accessibility Level
The Site has been built in line with the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines and with the Israeli standard IS 5568 Level AA. We work on an ongoing basis to maintain this level over time.
Accessibility Features
The Site offers, among others, the following accessibility features:
- An accessibility menu powered by UserWay, available from every page on the Site;
- Full keyboard navigation, with no mouse required, including a logical Tab order and a visible focus indicator;
- Compatibility with leading screen readers, in both Hebrew and English;
- Color contrast in body text of at least 4.5:1, per WCAG requirements;
- A proper heading hierarchy (H1–H6) that supports assistive navigation;
- Alt text on meaningful images, with extended descriptions where relevant;
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first item in the Tab order on every page;
- Full RTL Hebrew support — direction, alignment, and language are correctly tagged in every template.
Known Limitations
The Site is under active development, and isolated gaps may exist — primarily in content published before [TO BE FILLED — effective date of this statement]. We are systematically reviewing and addressing these gaps in upcoming sprints. If you encounter a component that does not meet accessibility requirements, please report it and we will act to fix it as soon as possible.

- The page or area of the Site where the issue was found;
